Himalayan Salt Stones

'Heat from Himalayan Salt Stones combined with proper massage technique can improve blood flow and increase circulation to muscles which will reduce pain and inflammation, as well as promote healing.'

Hand-carved and all-natural, Himalayan salt stones are a valuable tool for massage therapists, because they are made from 100% pure Himalayan salt, which is rich in minerals such as magnesium, potassium, and calcium.  When warmed, the stones release these minerals into the skin, promoting relaxation and improving overall health.

BENEFITS

  • Anti-inflammatory.  Himalayan salt contains over 80 trace minerals, such as magnesium, potassium, and calcium. Minerals that facilitate relaxation and decrease inflammation in tissues.
  • When used on the skin, salt stones can improve skin function and detoxification by gently exfoliating and removing impurities.
  • Enhance blood circulation and boost energy levels.  The heat helps to stimulate blood circulation, delivering oxygen and nutrients to inflamed areas.
  • The pink color in the HIM stones comes from the iron oxide in the stones.  Iron oxide's benefit lies in its ability to act as an antioxidant, which prevent the body from developing inflammation.
  • It is beneficial for arthritis as it improves blood circulation.
  • Contains positive ionic salt stones, which can be use to purify the blood, strengthen the immune system and balance the autonomic nervous system.
  • The stones release minerals that the skin and muscles can absorb such as magnesium, potassium and calcium.
